While a more simplistic, show-accurate design was adopted for the figure, its level of detailing is still pretty amazing to admire. ^^ The separation between the different armor sections, especially that on the torso, is well designed and painted to realize the heavy, layered feel of Garo's body armor. At the same time, all the curvy line details and various small-sized ornaments are also well sculpted and painted. There's a balance between large size and minor details in the figure's design. For that matter, it's indeed a very good representation of the Golden Knight in my opinion. ^^ While I still believe that it would be much better if a more reflective shade of gold is used for the figure's paint scheme, as mentioned in Part 1, that slight disappointment doesn't diminish my liking of the intrinsic good quality of the figure's craftsmanship. ^^

As the wolf-head helmet design is a huge part of Garo's attraction, I'm really pleased to see it beautifully realized on the figure. The full display of the the bearing teeth, complimented by the curvy molded line details on top the nose area really help to project the aggressive look of the character, accurately so according to Garo's on-screen design I should say. ^^

Overall, just in terms of look, this S.H. Figuarts Garo is really impressive. ^^

Moving on to the figure's articulation design next. ^^
